She secured two prestigious awards: Best International Act and Best African Music Act. Notably, her win in the Best International Act category makes her the first African female artist to claim this honor. Meanwhile, her victory as Best African Music Act breaks a 16-year streak, making her the first female artist to win in that category in over a decade.
